Terms, privacy and refunds

Fireframe is a product of ALBAvision LLC.

What you buy

The Frame Report is a one-time purchase of a written security plan, built from your answers to the Frame Check. It is general guidance, not a security audit of your systems, and it does not guarantee that you will not be attacked. You are responsible for the changes you make.

Refunds

If the report does not help you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment. No questions.

Privacy

The free check runs in your browser. We do not receive your answers unless you buy the report. Then your answers (a short code of digits) are stored with your payment at Stripe, our payment provider, so we can show your report. Stripe processes your email and card details under its own privacy policy. If you join the waitlist, we store your email and your answers to send you your report once. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. We do not sell or share your data.
